Nice ground floor apartment overlooking the valley. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large room with kitchenette and fireplace. Private parking a few meters from the entrance.
The living area is treated in the Aosta Valley style with handmade furniture. The apartment is designed to accommodate a family of four, but is able to offer two more beds using the sofa bed and armchair in the living area.
The minimum stay is two weeks.
There are several attractions and events nearby in the cost of the summer. Among these we must not forget the Aosta Valley handicraft exhibition (Aosta 18-26 July 2020), the international festival of Celtic music, art and culture, 24th edition 1-4 July 2021 which takes place in Val Veny. In addition, la Badoche (la Salle, Morgex 10-15 August), a partonal festival of La Salle, is a must for anyone residing in the area and St Orso Fair (in the village of Donnas on 30 and 31 January) attracts thousands of people for each edition.
Finally, the Roman theater of Aosta, its historic center and the regional archaeological museum, the Forte di Bard and the Sanctuary of Notre-Dame de Guerison are worth a visit.
The renowned thermal baths of Prè-Saint-Didier are approximately 8 km away. Further away but still worth a visit are the baths of Saint Vincent. Also noteworthy is the Duca degli Abruzzi Alpine Museum in Courmayour (15 km) and the Astronomical and Planetarium Observatory (about 16 km by road from the village of the Municipality of Nus).
As for excursions, the possibilities are endless. For families we recommend the easy walk to Lake Arpy, which starts from the hill of San Carlo. Likewise, the Col du Bard, just behind Prarion, is a simple, very spectacular walk suitable for everyone.
For lovers of alpine skiing, the proposed apartment is located 16 km from the large ski area of La Thuile and 13 km from the departure of the Checrouit cable car (Dolonne). For high altitude enthusiasts will find the SkyWay cable car in Entreves (La Palud) 15 km from home.
