Reservation:

 

The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the ordinary bank transfer receipt of the agreed sum and the return of the signed contractual documents. The host undertakes to reserve the property for the exclusive use of guests in accordance with the following clauses, for the agreed period.

Payment:

 

payment of the reservation must be made within 48 hours of confirmation of the availability of the facility for the chosen period, exclusively by bank transfer; bank details will be communicated by e-mail. It is not possible to settle the sums involved in this transaction on the spot by cash or other electronic means of payment. Any additional services (e.g. shuttle service) shall be the subject of a specific agreement between the parties and are not included in this transaction.

Cancellation clauses:

 

cancellation is free of charge if cancellation is made within one week (7 days before) of the start of the stay; 50 % refund if cancellation is made within three days of the start of the stay, no-show does not give rise to a refund. A reduction in the length of stay at the accommodation does not give rise to a refund.

Access to the facility:

 

Access is only possible after completing the check-in procedure, the details of which will be indicated by email following verification of payment. Access is only granted to the persons named in the booking request confirmed by the property. Access during the period of stay is guaranteed by a remote control which allows the opening of the entrance gate. This must be returned to the property upon check-out. Access to the property is exclusively on foot through a path in the woods. Parking is guaranteed within the property approximately 100 m from the property.

Check-in / out

 

Check-in/out arrangements are subject to a specific agreement with the property.

 

At check-in all guests, excluding accompanied minors, are required to provide an identity document which will be registered by the property, otherwise guests will not be allowed inside the property; this will not give rise to any refund.At check-out the property reserves the right to check the state of the property in the presence of the guests.

Rules of use

 

The property is completely and exclusively dedicated to the family who books it, it is not allowed to invite other people without having previously discussed it with the property, which reserves the right to approve it. Parties or private parties are not permitted unless specifically agreed with the property. The facility may not be entrusted to or conducted, even temporarily, by minors, exceptions are permitted under a specific agreement. 

The sums indicated are all-inclusive of all charges, including cleaning, however, guests are asked to leave the facility as they wish to find it.

Guests undertake to behave in a civilized manner. The property reserves the right to remove guests who behave in an uncivil and/or dangerous manner or who may cause damage to the structure and/or property.

Prohibitions.

 

Smoking is expressly discouraged inside the property and it is forbidden inside the chalet. Smokers are requested to take care of their cigarette butts and collect them separately from the rubbish. Smoking in the woods is strongly discouraged, preferring the paved areas in front of the building. It is essential to take care to extinguish butts completely. 

It is forbidden to light fires within the perimeter of the parcel unless specifically agreed with the property. 

It is forbidden to use motorized vehicles within the perimeter of the property with the exception of the paved road.

It is forbidden to remove any vegetation, soil, or rocks. Hunting is forbidden. Climbing trees or climbing on the roofs of structures is forbidden.

Violation of any prohibition will result in the termination of the contract and the immediate removal of the guests from the premises

Privacy

The property is monitored by CCTV cameras. Guests understand and accept this system of surveillance both in relation to themselves and any minors they may be accompanying. On request, the property will delete any recordings in which guests are portrayed. The property retains the recordings for a limited period of time after which they are deleted without possibility of retrieval.

Liability:

The guests understand and accept, for themselves and for the minors they accompany, to relieve the property from any responsibility linked, even indirectly, to accidents of any order and degree, injuries, calamities, thefts, unforeseen events and any other fact that may have caused damage to themselves, not intentionally caused to the property itself.

Guests are responsible for the running of the property in every aspect and undertake not to alter or modify the property in any way (e.g. moving furniture)
Guests agree to report any damage or unforeseen events that may occur or be caused.

Pets: Small pets are allowed by prior agreement with the property. The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
